Our Cattle
Here at Battletown Beef Co, we grain-finish our cattle. Our finishing blend consists of corn, soy hull pellets, soybean meal, and other essential minerals. The result: rich marbling, which makes for tender, flavorful beef.
Our cattle also eat on fresh endophyte-free fescue grass. This type of grass helps them have a more balanced diet, which leads to better performance.
Large, open spaces are abundant at our farm. Therefore, our herd is not subject to unsanitary, feedlot-like conditions.
